Sergii Andrushko

Zavtra is proud to announce that Sergii Ishchuk and Sergii Andrushko joined the Board of Directors.
Sergii Ishchuk is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in building new business lines and production operations from the ground up. Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Sergii began his career in law enforcement and served as a court enforcement officer in Kyiv. Since 1991, he has founded and led a number of companies in trade, construction, agricultural and food production, and in the design, installation and commissioning of production lines for the food, pharmaceutical and microbiological industries. He has contributed to the development of national legislation, and has built and managed large teams, delivering complex projects from concept to fully operating production.
Sergii is the founder of the New Life Foundation initiative — a science-and-care project supporting the recovery of Ukrainians wounded by Russian aggression, from neurorehabilitation to long-term care. He leads this initiative as his principal humanitarian focus and intends to develop it as a dedicated program within Zavtra's mission of rebuilding lives affected by the war.

Sergii Andrushko is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in building new business ventures. A graduate of the Faculty of Radio Engineering at Kyiv National University, he started in small business in 1992 while still a student. In 1996 he founded his first company, which operates in real estate development to this day, and built from scratch one of the first shopping centers in Kyiv. He went on to establish a nationwide distribution network for the wholesale trade and import of building materials into Ukraine; he owns patented brands in lighting and construction materials and has import experience with Europe, China and neighboring countries. He later moved into manufacturing high-tech building materials at his own production facilities. He owns an office and warehouse complex near the National Medical University, with the potential to establish a medical facility to support the organization's work in healthcare.
Sergii is a co-founder of the New Life Foundation initiative — a science-and-care project supporting the recovery of Ukrainians wounded by Russian aggression, from neurorehabilitation to long-term care. He leads this initiative as one of his principal humanitarian focuses and intends to develop it as a dedicated program within Zavtra's mission of rebuilding lives affected by the war.
